How to order

All orders are taken on-line 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, although if you have been given one of my business cards or are responding to my advert in VW Camper & Commercial, then a telephone order is cool. I also try and attend as many local events as possible, so you'll see me out and about at various markets and shows in Surrey. These dates I'll post on my website, so if you're at a loss for something to do....... Further I'm usually out for a ride on Sundays - I ride a grey Pace RC303, very slowly from Reigate to Box Hill. You are more than welcome to stop me for a chat. I may even buy you a tea ;¬)

Payment

I am only set up to take either PayPal or payment by cheque. If you would like to pay by cheque please send us your order details together with a cheque payable to P Jenkins, 27a Lynwood Road, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1JR. Naturally at the shows I do take cash as well.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery from placing your order. My t-shirts are double wrapped for protection. I'm looking at switching to environmentally friendly wrappings, but for the moment they are sent out in a Jiffy bag with a carded inner.

Orders placed during the weekend or after midday Friday will be despatched the following Tuesday, although if at all possible I will try my best to get your t-shirt out before this. I generally can but sometimes wife wants to go shopping, the kids want a bike ride or I'm at a show.

Postal charges are of course held currently at zero cost to you dear friend. This is for all reasonable orders.

Returns

I will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged by postie in transit. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Well that's the legal bit - I do actually go further than the legal minimum; I don't bite, so do contact me if you've an issue with your t-shirt. Generally the only problem with them is that they are too long lasting!

VAT

All our goods include VAT at 20%. I am unable to refund VAT on overseas orders, sorry about that. I am currently going through the voluntary VAT registration process, so should soon have my VAT number on here.

Privacy Policy

Ihold any information obtained about our customers in the strictest confidence. No personally identifiable information (such as a name or an email address) from visitors to the our website is used for any other purpose than during the placement of an order or a communication with our staff.

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information that is provided to us through ordering and communication processes to third parties.

We store statistical information derived from the orders placed on our website to analyze the productivity of our organization and enhance the service we provide to our customers. Statistical information is collected from visitors to this website in order to monitor traffic trends. We do not associate this data with any personally identifiable information that you might provide to us in any way.

I may from time to time notify you of special discounts, new products etc, available to our internet customers unless requested not to do so.

Trade orders.

I'm happy to deal with anybody, especially if you want to buy more t-shirts. That's cool. Please be aware that I hold limited stock as I like to keep things simple and reasonably exclusive. So if you want 30, you'll not get them easily. However, I am nothing if not creative.... If you want to talk trade, I'd be happy for you to order direct from my printer and just pay me a design fee per t-shirt or per order.


Porsche Panamera test drive.

If you are a Porsche dealer, or even Porsche GB, then do please feel free to contact me regarding an extensive - and no obligation to purchase - test drive of the Panamera. I'd not even want the turbo; the diesel would be fine. I'd promise to write up a motoring review of this fine car in glowing terms - just don't call me shallow.
